Kate (Katherine) Stitham

Kate Stitham is the President, Founder, and Principal Consultant of Integrative Inquiry, a consulting firm that partners with organizations to build stronger, more effective teams rooted in collaboration, innovation, and equity. Drawing from more than a decade working nationwide and internationally, her integrative approach fuses cutting-edge educational development theory with diverse contexts and perspectives. She specializes in the facilitation and design of retreats and workshops across industries to support strategic planning, leadership development and culture change.

Georgie Hinojosa

Georgie Hinojosa is Int Inq's Lead Project Manager and comes from a marketing and learning management background. He previously worked at Vitalyst Health Foundation and at Knetik, a tech corporation that focused on LMS and smart thermostat technology. He has experience in various facets of learning and public relations, and is a published author of both policy briefs and short fiction. He was fortunate enough to travel globally, having served at a school in Dakar, Senegal, and traveled through parts of Europe while studying international social work. He currently lives back in El Paso.

Sanam Jorjani

Sanam Jorjani is the Founding Co-Director of the Oakland Literacy Coalition, a California-based nonprofit leveraging the power of learning & collaboration to ensure every Oakland child learns and loves to read.  A skilled facilitator, she connects people and ideas to break down silos and help people and organizations work better, together.  Her 15+ year career in education is centered on the belief that learning is at the center of our shared experience, and that equity is advanced by creating transparent, people-centered systems.

 

A non-profit founder herself, Sanam works with mission-driven teams to help them realize equity-centered, impactful, and thriving organizations. She draws on her background leading cross-sector collaboratives and collective impact initiatives to support change within and across organizations.

Tori (Victoria) Pelletier

Tori (Victoria) Pelletier is a Portland city councilor, and community leader, specializing in racial equity and community engagement. She conducts community-driven sessions on equity and inclusion with small business owners, and holds informational 'community chats' for the public on a wide variety of local issues.

 

In her current role, Tori leads discussions on equitable policy change to ensure student and parent voices are reflected in the procedures of Portland Public Schools. Prior to this, Tori worked in a local government non profit, collaborating with over 30 Maine cities and towns to advance racial equity and economic development in their municipalities. She is passionate about leading her community towards authentic policy change and dismantling structures of oppression.

Abbie (Miyabi) Yamamoto

Abbie (Miyabi) Yamamoto, PhD, is the Founder of One TransLiteracy, LLC, a firm specializing in building effective communication strategies. She is also the Executive Director of the Maine Association for New Americans (MANA). In her capacity with Int Inq, she advises on content and writing, conducts diversity trainings, and consults on communication strategies for international marketing materials. 

Having been educated in Japan, Canada, and the US, and having lived in 4 countries, she is an advocate and practitioner of effective communication to support cross-cultural and international institutional growth. She is passionate about helping people communicate across differences and bonding over (sometimes surprising) similarities.

Abby Ridley-Kerr

Abby (Abigail) Ridley-Kerr is a full-time researcher with The Education Trust–West. She comes to Ed Trust–West with a background in community-oriented research and data analysis and deep knowledge of the California education landscape. She leads Ed Trust–West's portfolio of work on teacher diversity and the digital divide. Before joining The Education Trust–West Abby led a research effort with Innovate Public Schools that focused on improving outcomes for low-income students of color, English Learners, and students with disabilities across California.

 

During her Master's, she worked at Berkeley with West Contra Costa Unified School District to engage parents and community members in LCAP and LCFF planning, drafted juvenile justice related legislation with the Policy Advocacy Clinic, and taught courses in undergraduate economics.

Her career included work at the Constitution of Kenya Review Commission, Amnesty International, Schoodic Institute at Acadia National Park, visiting faculty at the College of the Atlantic and a Management Consultant at Eaton Peabody.

As the Founder and CEO of Global Tides LLC, a Maine-based consulting firm, she provides a wide range of consulting services to individuals, businesses, nonprofits, and international governmental organizations. She has a deep commitment to supporting local organizations and serves on various boards. Collaborating with others to provide access to trusted and dependable essential services is Alyne’s strong suit. She resides on Mount Desert Island with her family.

As Executive Director of In her Presence, she sits on multiple boards in Portland and is deeply connected to community-based initiatives across the city. As a community leader who has herself gone through the immigration process, she has a unique ability to anticipate challenges New Mainers face and utilizes her professional expertise to empower people and communities. A highly proficient negotiator, both intuitive and resourceful, she collaborates with executive leadership in businesses and to develop organizational capacity and culture to promote opportunities for New Mainer success.
