About the event

Our three-month remote learning program opens on Jan 1. These Master Class programs offer an interactive learning experience through a combination of 6 live sessions, peer learning, and self-paced work. 

In this Master-Class, we introduce a framework for transforming conflict in ways that are healthy and productive. We begin by diagnosing the underlying causes, values, and needs to creating a strategic approach for how to handle them. We then explore several possible approaches to resolving or transforming different conflicts, depending on the circumstances. Participants will have time to practice these tools and discuss how and when to use each tactic.

The Modules of this Program include: 

Module 1: Welcome. Framing Conflict.

Module 2: Self Reflection & Analysis

Module 3: Frameworks for Action & Positions of Power

Module 4: Strategies in the Workplace

Module 5: Practicing Difficult Dialogues

Module 6: Next Steps to Transforming Conflict.
