We offers two types of training programs: (Organizational) In-House and (Individual) Open Enrollment. The content and learning goals are the same, but the delivery shifts depending on context.

Individual (Open Enrollment): We offer an annual schedule of courses so that individuals from various organizations can complete the program together. Explore upcoming open enrollment opportunities.

Organizational (In-House): We tailor our content to an organization’s goals and bring the program to the organization by preparing a local cohort to go through our courses (typically 10-20 participants). Learn more about our organizational training opportunities.
