For me, the existence of intersectionality and passion for inclusivity within my own life, drives and informs the work I do. I am a first-gen Black woman within the LGBTQ+ community, proud HBCU alumna, and sibling to neurodivergent people. With those experiences, I am committed to championing diversity and inclusivity in all spaces, as well as advocating for groups who look like me, or do not look like me, to be heard and seen through truly equitable, intentional and community-based actions. My career has been focused in driving alignment and progress through empowering professionals to be inclusion-led and equality-focused leaders.
