I believe my purpose is to help others, do, be, and feel better so that they can thrive in life. I combine a passion for education and community building with an unflappable optimism to advance diverse representation and cultivate environments of equity, inclusion and belonging in the workplace. I do this by asking thoughtful questions, listening actively, and creating psychologically safe environments, and then getting out of their way so that they can change the world in ways I could never do alone. My goal is that everyone I work with should feel a sense of safety with me, whether asking me for life advice or pursuing deep introspection via a DEI training course or consulting engagement.

There is nothing more important to me than educating myself and helping others develop both personally and professionally. I am most energized at the intersection of when teaching becomes learning. I love to explore the world and learn about other ways of living. My life journey has brought me to 40+ countries and given my life powerful meaning. I moved to Mexico to simplify my life, slow down, and be more present in the world. One of the sayings that guides my work is “También en la dificultad hay una luz que te orienta (Even in difficulty, there is a light that will guide you).”
