As a multilingual Black woman with a Midwest upbringing who has moved to my family's ancestral home in the Deep South, I am always fascinated by how our intersectionality and identities impact our experiences and beliefs about our leadership, priorities, capacity, and growth. I see my work as a connector, building coalitions and supports that align with helping organizations, leaders, and networks create processes that honor the people, systems, and development necessary for fostering thriving and welcoming spaces.
